White Chocolate and Leek Crisps

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet Puff Pastry
  • 1 leek small; diced and washed well
  • 1Tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 bar white chocolate; grated
  • 1Tsp. tarragon
  • ¼ Tsp. coarse sea salt
  • 1/8 Tsp. coarse cracked pepper

Directions

  1. Thaw pastry completely

  2. Sauté the leek in putter until wilted

  3. Cool and combine with rest of ingredients

  4. Press the pastry into the Leek mixture w/ a rolling pin until both sides are well coated

  5. Cut into ½” by 3” strips, twist and place on a paper lined sheet pan

  6. Bake at 350 until pastry is golden brown and crisp
