  • 1 pound lump Blue claw crabmeat
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • Fresh chopped parsley
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 6 ounce package Good Season Italian
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish mustard
  • Assorted crackers, chips or raw vegetables


  1. Pick crabmeat to remove any cartilage or shell pieces.

  2. Combine crabmeat with Italian dressing, sour cream, mayonnaise and mustard, mixing well. Refrigerate covered for several hours.

  3. Garnish with parsley and serve with crackers, chips or raw vegetables.
