Strawberry Salad with Black Pepper and Aged Balsamic Vinaaigrette

  • 4 cups field greens
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries
  • Sea salt and cracked black pepper, to taste
  • 1 ounce aged balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 ounce pomegranate vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon truffle honey or clover honey
  • 5 ounces 10% blended oil


  1. Place greens in a large bowl.

  2. Hull and slice the strawberries.

  3. Place them of top of greens.

  4. Season with salt and pepper. Use freshly ground pepper.

  5. Add next 5 ingredients into a medium bowl and whisk together.

  6. While whicking, gradually add the oil.

  7. Serve dressing on side.
