Melt butter in a small sauce pan. Unwrap the phyllo sheets and spread them out enough to be able to cover both side of the cheese wheel.
Using a pastry brush coat the phyllo with the melted butter the placing the cheese in the center of the phyllo then place a heaping amount of raspberry jams on top of the cheese.
Start folding the edges of the phyllo around the cheese leaving the jam exposed.
Pour remaining butter over the brie and bake at 375 degrees until it turns golden brown.
Transfer to a platter and garnish with sliced pears, grapes strawberries and crackers.
