Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 pound thick walled macaroni or your favorite small hollow pasta
  • 8 quarts boiling salted water
  • 1 cup extra sharp cheddar cheese grated
  • ½ cup Gruyere
  • ¼ cup Bleu Cheese
  • ½ cup Fontana
  • 1 cup ½ and ½
  • ½ stick butter
  • 3 ounce crushed potatoes chips

Directions

  1. Boil off the macaroni to al dente for about 8 minutes.

  2. Drain and rest of ingredients except for potato chips.

  3. Mix well and place in a casserole dish and bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes.

  4. Top with chips and continue to bake for another 10 minutes.

  5. Serve after resting for 5 minutes.
