  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon thyme (or sage)
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


  1. Melt butter in pan adding remaining ingredients and heat.
    Yield about 1/3 cup.
