  • 1 pound cream cheese

  1. Soften cream cheese and add sugar and coconut.

  2. Grate the cold butter on the cheddar cheese side of a hand grater.

  3. Toss while adding water until just forms a ball.

  4. Roll between two pieces of parchment or brown bag to 10 inch round.
