Ingredients

  • 1 pound cream cheese
  • 2 pounds 10x sugar
  • 1 bag sweetened coconut
  • Cocoa powder for dusting

Directions

  1. Soften cream cheese and add sugar and coconut.

  2. Grate the cold butter on the cheddar cheese side of a hand grater.

  3. Toss while adding water until just forms a ball.

  4. Roll between two pieces of parchment or brown bag to 10 inch round.

  5. Line a 9 inch dish. Dock the bottom and bake blind at 425 until golden brown.
