Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients together along with a couple tablespoons of water.

  2. Form into patties and cook like the bacon in the oven or in a heavy skillet over medium high heat.
