Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons herbs ( or 1 - 2 teaspoon dried herbs)
  • 1 cup tea

Directions

  1. Bruise the herbs with a wooden spoon and pour boiling water over the herbs in a teapot.

  2. Cover and let steep for 10 to 15 minutes.

  3. May be served hot or cold.
