Bring water to a boil.
Add leaves or flowers and cover.
Remove from heat and let steep till infusion is room temperature.
Strain herbs and pour infusion into ice cube trays and freeze.
Once frozen, store cubes in zip lock freezer bags and label.
For decorative ice cubes:
fill ice cube trays half way and place herb leaf or flower in each cube then freeze. Once frozen, add water to fill remainder of tray and freeze again. Then store ice cubes in zip lock freezer bags and label.
