Season chicken breast with Motreal seasoning and grill.
Place fresh peppers on grill with chicken and roast until blistered.
Slice cooked & cooled chicken very thin.
Cut pepper into strips the lenght of baguette slice.
Cut bread on the diagonal into 1/4' thick slices.
Spead bread with mustard, top with chicken slice and pepper strip, arrange crostini bites on platter, serve and enjoy.
