Gluten Free Cranberry Sauce

  • 1 cup of water
  • ½ pound of fresh/or frozen cranberries
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • ½ teaspoon orange rind


  1. In a sauce pan boil water and sugar together for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the cranberries reduce heat simmer over low heat for 5 minutes without stirring stir in orange rind and removed from heat.

  3. Let cool and set and store refrigerator.
