Gluten Free Cornbread

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cups of yogurt
  • ¼ teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • ¾ cups PF Jules gluten free AP Flour
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon gluten free baking powder
  • ½ cups gluten free corn meal
  • 1/3 cups sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Mix all liquids ingredients together, add dry ingredients in gradually and stir until lumps are smoothed (batter will be thin not watery).

  3. Pour the batter into an oiled 8 x 8 pan and bake for 30 minutes or until the cornbread is lightly brown.
