Ingredients

  • 2 large tomatoes cut into wedges
  • 1 large pealed cucumber cut into ¾” chunks
  • 1 large green peppers cut into chunks
  • 1 large onion cut into chunks
  • 2 scallions cut into chunks
  • 12 leave basil (to taste)
  • Handful parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoon wine vinegar
  • 4 cups tomato juice

Directions

  1. Combine into 9 cup food processer and blend in food processor until still chunky.
