Ingredients

  • 3 quarts water
  • 1 -12 ounce beer
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 teaspoon old bay
  • ½ -1 dozen ears of corn cut into thirds
  • 2 pounds of smoked cooked sausage cut into rounds
  • 2 pounds 16/20 shrimp P&D
  • 1 head of celery chopped
  • 7 red potatoes cut into quarters

Directions

  1. Bring water and beer to a boil in a large stockpot.

  2. Add peppercorn, old bay, corn, celery, onions and potatoes.

  3. Add sausage, shrimp and cook for 15 minutes more
