Fresh No Bake Peach Pie

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 5 large peaches (Jersey fresh, preferable) 8 ounce package of cream cheese
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • (You can use the Philadelphia brand no bake cheese cake filling in the dairy case instead of the 3 ingredients if you want an easy cheat.)


  1. Peel and slice peaches.

  2. Line pie crust with half of the peaches.

  3. Combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla extract; mix well.

  4. Pour over peaches. Top with remaining peaches.

  5. Cover with plastic wrap and chill three to six hours.
