Fresh No Bake Peach Pie

  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 5 large peaches (Jersey Fresh, preferable)
  • 8 ounce package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Peel and slice peaches. Line pie crust with half of the peaches.

  2. Combine cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, and vanilla extract; mix well.

  3. Pour dover peaches. Top with remaining peaches.

  4. Cover with plastic wrap and chill 3 to 6 hours.
