Corn Fritters

  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 3 ears fresh white corn
  • Dashes of salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • Butter to pan fry


  1. Combine al ingredients, stirring into just combined.

  2. Pan fry in a heavy skillet for about 3 minutes per side.

  3. Drain on a paper towel.

  4. Top with maple sryup or 10x sugar.
