Ingredients

  • 1 green cabbage shredded
  • 1/2 red cabbage shredded
  • 2 carrots cut into matchsticks
  • 1 bunch of scallions
  • Dressing:
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Incorporate the vinegar into your mayo and season. Mix all ingredients together and apply desired amount of dressing. Easy peasy, but the knife work can be a task, so the shredding or slicing adapter on your food processor works nicely
