Chilled Lingonberry Soup

  • 1- 10 ounce jar lingonberries
  • 8 ounce any good greek yogurt
  • 3 ounces honey
  • 1/4 cup raspberry schnapps
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh mint


  1. Combine all ingredients and whick until smooth.

  2. Chill 1 hour and serve. Garnish with a fresh mint leaf.
