Buffalo Chicken Dip

  • 1 ½ pound cooked chicken (diced) or 2 10 ounce cans of chunk chicken
  • 2 – 8 ounce packages softened cream cheese
  • ¾ cup hot sauce (frank’s)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • Celery sticks (for dipping)
  • Cracker or corn chips


  1. Heat chicken with hot sauce stirring in cream cheese and ranch dressing until completely blended and hot.

  2. Mix in half of the cheese and transfer to crock pot (spray well first).

  3. Add remaining cheese and cover.

  4. Cook on low until hot and bubbly.

  5. Server with dippers
