Ingredients

  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 Peeled Shallot
  • 1/4 cup good Balsamic Vinegar
  • Juice and Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 2 Tbsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Worstcheshire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1/3 cup Canola Oil
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except oil in a food processor. Begin blending.

  2. While running, gradually pour the oil in a thin stream through the hole in the top.
