The Barre Code is a fully body workout blending Ballet, Pilates, Yoga, Aerobics, and elements of the strengthening exercises dancers do. The Barre Code delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but it will sculpt your body and get you into absolutely amazing shape. This 55-minute class accommodates every fitness level, no matter their age, weight, or fitness experience.

The Barre blends the latest exercise science with the principles of the Lotte Berk method (the genesis of the Barre movement) delivering a fusion of ballet, Pilates, yoga and strength training to the workouts.

The roots of this modern workout stem from a lifelong ballet dancer who sought to return to mobility after an incredible injury. Suitable for all ages, fitness levels, and body types.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a mat.
