Book Club in a Bag
The library offers a quick and easy way to hold a book discussion group: Book Club in a Bag. Each kit contains eight copies of a book and information about the author and book, including some discussion questions, all packaged into a sturdy zipper bag for you to carry.
A kit is checked out to a single book group member who is responsible for all of the materials. Each kit may be checked out for 6 weeks (42 days). You should then have time to distribute, read and hold your discussion. The books should then be collected and returned together in the bag. The Book Club in a bag cannot be renewed. Please return kits promptly so they will be available for other book groups.
You can request the Book Club in a Bag kits from the circulation desk. Or you can place a request for one from our online catalog. The kits can be returned to any Cape May County Library branch during open hours. Please do not return them in the bookdrop. Missing books will be charged to the person who checked out the kit.
Contact the circulation desk by phone, 463-6350 to request a Book Club in a Bag kit. Or call Diane at 463-6359 for more information about this service.
